Added value & Quality

Who we are

Behind M&K are Jos Meulenbroek and Hans Krijgsman. Together they bring years of experience in real estate, letting and management. The M and the K stand for our names, and for what we strive for: added value and quality (in Dutch: meerwaarde en kwaliteit).

Management is in the hands of Jennifer Meulenbroek. She coordinates contact with all tenants and personally handles their questions.

We invest with our own funds and for the long term. That means we take good care of our properties, our tenants and the neighbourhoods we work in.

What we stand for
