Once the property has been transferred at the notary, we pay your reward.
Please note: the reward is only paid once the purchase has been fully completed, i.e. after the property has been transferred at the notary. A tip or an offer alone is not enough.
Terms
- Paid only after notarial transfer of the property to us or a related party.
- Only for properties not yet known to or offered to us. The first tip counts; one reward per property.
- Not for the owner, their agent or advisors. Tipster must be 18 or older.
- The recipient is responsible for any tax declaration.
